Pineapple Campari Sizzle


  • 1 oz Vodka
  • .5 oz Campari
  • .5 oz Pineapple Syrup*
  • .75 oz Passion fruit Puree
  • 1 Dash Saline
  • 1 Pineapple Wheel

Glass: Collins

Method: Combine ingredients over crushed ice in glass. Swizzle in glass.

Garnish: Pineapple Wheel


*Pineapple Syrup Recipe:


  • 1 Quart Simple Syrup
  • 6 Slices Dehydrated Pineapple
Method: Combine. Allow to steep in fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Strain.


Simple Syrup Recipe:

  • 1 Part Sugar
  • 1 Part Water

Method: Stir until dissolved.
