Gin Gin Mule (PEGU CLUB)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Beefeater Gin
  • .5 oz  Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Mint Syrup (mix simple syrup + 1 dash of mint extract)

Glass: Collins

Method: Combine and shake all ingredients, strain over fresh ice. Top with Gingerbeer

Garnish: Mint Sprig


Vanilla Raspberry-Passion Fruit Cosmo (Odeon Club)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • .5 oz Vanilla Syrup (mix simple syrup + 1 dash vanilla extract)
  • 1 oz Raspberry-Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1 oz dash of Orange Bitters

Glass: Coupe

Method: Combine all ingredients and strain into chilled coupe glass straight up (no ice).

Garnish: Lime wheel


Aged Rum Penicillin (Milk and Honey)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Aged Rum
  • .75 oz Honey Ginger Syrup (mix equal parts ginger syrup + honey syrup)
    • Honey Syrup (mix 2 parts honey + 1 part hot water)
    • Ginger Syrup (mix 1 part fresh juiced ginger + 1 part white sugar)
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice

Glass: Rocks

Method: Combine and shake all ingredients, strain over fresh ice. Top with .25 oz of peated scotch.

Garnish: Candied Ginger


Infused Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz American Whiskey
  • .75 oz Black Tea & Strawberry Infused Vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Angostura

Glass: Rocks

Method: Combine ingredients and stir, then strain over fresh ice.
