Summer Cocktails (Menu)

Honeydew Mellon Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz London Dry Gin
  • .75 oz Honeydew Syrup (mix 1 part cold pressed honey dew + 1 part sugar)
  • .75 oz Lime
  • 2 Cucumber Slices

Glass: Collins

Method: Muddle Cucumber, combine ingredients and shake. Strain on fresh ice and top with soda.

Garnish: Mint Sprig

 

Spicy Green Apple Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Blanco Tequila
  • .5 oz Green Apple Puree
  • .5 oz Herb Syrup (mix 1 part sugar + 1 part hot water + 1 bunch of parsley)
  • .75 oz Lime
  • Jalapeño

Glass: Chili Salt Rimmed Coupe

Method: Muddle jalapeño, combine and shake ingredients. Strain straight up (without ice).

Garnish: Apple Slice

 

Pineapple Campari Swizzle  

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • .5 oz Campari
  • .5 oz Pineapple Syrup (mix 1 part simple syrup + 6 dehydrated pineapple slices)
  • .75 Passion Fruit Puree
  • 1 Dash Saline

Glass: Collins

Method: Combine ingredients on crushed ice in glass. Swizzle.


Campfire Daiquiri 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Rum
  • .5 oz Maple Syrup
  • .75 oz Lime
  • .25 oz (3 dashes) of Peated Scotch

Glass: Rocks

Method: Combine and shake, strain on fresh ice.

Garnish: Lime Wheel
