BARRELS, INFUSIONS, & SYRUPS (Deposit)
A 2-hour advanced experience allows attendees to create cocktails with barrel-aged spirits, infused spirits, and homemade syrups. Immerse yourself in instruction to obtain the skills to whip up your next barrel-aged cocktail in front of your pals at home.
Cocktail Menu: Smoked Gin Cocktail with Masala Chai Foam (we will teach you make foam in iSi Whipper), a Barrel Aged Negroni (Aged in Oak Bottle Rapid Aging Vessel), a Honey-Lavender-Syrup Rum Cocktail, and an Oolong-steeped Cognac Cocktail.
Food Menu: Large, private-event style buffet featuring a wide array of veggies and dips in addition to a charcuterie of cured meats, bread and cheese board (optional upgrades available).
