Class Notes: Warm up with a two hour experience that includes four winter inspired cocktails. This session features cocktails with some savory herbs and winter spices and more. Learn how to use bitters and what makes them so important to the development and evolution of cocktails. Mingle with friends, co-workers and clients in between cocktail instruction.
Cocktail Menu: Hot Toddy, Cranberry Sage Margarita, Evergreen Collins and winter-spice old fashioned.
Food Menu: Prince St. Pizza + Charcuterie and cheese pairings with bread, pita, and cracker boards. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and olives, assorted sides will also be served.
