Oct. 26th, 6:30-8:30PM - FALL COCKTAILS + BITTERS
A two hour experience that includes four fall inspired cocktails. This session features cocktails with some savory herbs and light spices, fall fruit, and more. Learn how to use bitters and what makes them so important to the development and evolution of cocktails. Mingle with friends, co-workers and clients in between cocktail instruction.
Cocktail Menu: Orchard 75 (backed apple cordial, lemon, rum, cherry bark vanilla bitters), Ginger Fall Fizz (honey, ginger syrup, lemon, gin, Peychaud Bitters, soda), Chai and Mole Punch (chai syrup, lime, tequila, mole bitters), Fig Thyme Old Fashion (fig and thyme syrup, rye whiskey, Angostura Bitters). (We know what you're thinking, we work hard at LL to balance our cocktails, nothing will be "too sweet")
Food Menu: Prince St. Pizza + Charcuterie and cheese pairings with bread, pita, and cracker boards. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and olives, assorted sides will also be served.
