SEASONAL COCKTAILS + BITTERS (Feb. 3rd, 8-10PM)
A two hour experience that includes four fall and winter inspired cocktails. This session features cocktails with refreshing herbs and light spices, apple brandy, and more. Learn the history of bitters and what makes them so important to the development and evolution of cocktails. Mingle with friends, co-workers and clients in between cocktail instruction. Win a few bottles of bitters during our cocktail quiz at the end of class.
Cocktail Menu: Smoked Thyme Old Fashioned, Orchard 75 (Apple Brandy French 75), Cider Fizz, Chai Punch.
Food Menu: Charcuterie and beer-cheese pairings with bread, pita, and cracker boards. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and olives, will also be served.
