SUMMER COCKTAILS (JULY 12th, 6:30-8:30PM)
A two hour experience that includes four fall and winter inspired cocktails. This session features cocktails with refreshing herbs and light spices, apple brandy, and more. Learn the history of bitters and what makes them so important to the development and evolution of cocktails. Mingle with friends, co-workers and clients in between cocktail instruction. Win a few bottles of bitters during our cocktail quiz at the end of class.
Cocktail Menu: From the cucumber & rosemary margarita to the black tea bourbon punch, this 4 course cocktail menu is sure to hit the refreshing stride your summer needs.
Food Menu: Taco buffet. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and olives, will also be served.
