Description

Nose

Opens with a delightful bouquet of oak and rye spice. Hints of cinnamon and vanilla add warmth and sweetness. A touch of fruitiness, like melon or citrus, might emerge in the background.

Palate

Full-bodied and rich with prominent notes of oak and spice. The rye influence shines through, offering a peppery kick. Hints of cinnamon and vanilla from the nose reappear, adding complexity. The higher proof (59.0% ABV) provides a noticeable warmth on the tongue.

Finish

Long and lingering with lingering oak spice and a touch of sweetness. The warmth from the alcohol fades slowly.
