Celebrating the sacred traditions of our village, Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, we roast highest quality Barril agave for distillation in a clay pot still. Named Barril for the agave plant’s resemblance to a barrel, this unique expression features rich minerality and herbaceousness alongside notes of pistachio and preserved fruits.
