Dalwhinnie Distiller’s Edition 2023 takes the signature honeyed sweetness of Dalwhinnie malt and elevates it with the influence of Oloroso sherry casks. 

Aroma

Honeycomb and vanilla mingle with hints of dried fruit like raisin and apricot. A touch of spice, like cinnamon or nutmeg, peeks through, adding complexity.

Palate

The honeyed sweetness is prominent, but balanced by notes of dried fruit and a gentle kiss of spice from the sherry casks. Hints of baking spices and toasted oak may also emerge.

Finish

Long and warming, with the lingering sweetness of honey and dried fruit intertwined with the subtle spice.
