Redbreast PX Sherry Cask Edition is a special release from the renowned Irish whiskey brand. This single pot still whiskey is crafted using a unique mash bill of both malted and unmalted barley, giving it a rich and full-bodied flavor. After triple distillation, the whiskey is matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. 

Finally, it receives a finishing touch in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, which are known for their intense sweetness and dried fruit character.
