There is no official best caramel-vodka mixer. Official smirnoff.com Kissed Caramel: vodka infused with natural flavors, 30% Alc/Vol. That is not the 40% vodka class (bottles vodka ≥40%). Other caramel SKUs unused as a ranking. Soda, coffee, and cream soda are 0%. A 1.5-ounce 30% pour is 0.75 of one NIAAA drink. No 2026 ranking.
