The IBA Spritz already names the wine: 90 ml Prosecco, plus 60 ml Aperol and a splash of soda. It does not rank a brand. Aperol’s official US page is 11% ABV. Prosecco DOC bottles commonly print about 11% — confirm the neck. That build is about one NIAAA drink (the bubbles and the bitter share the ethanol). This is not a 2023 list of ten Proseccos.
