There is no official Kahlúa substitute. US official Original is rum-and-coffee liqueur at 20% Alc/Vol; Ohio lots print 21.5%; other-market 16% pages exist — say the market, Other coffee liqueurs are different bottles. A 1.5-ounce pour at 20% is half of one NIAAA drink.
