Sangria and mulled wine are serve styles, not TTB classes. Both start as 27 CFR Part 4 wine. Sangria is wine plus fruit and usually a spirit or soda — a pitcher serve. Mulled wine is wine plus spice and heat. Typical US table lots sit near 12–14% Residual heat unused as a leftover-alcohol number. Fortified lots are a different bottle.
