Kahlúa and Baileys are different liqueurs, not a TTB class fight. US official Kahlúa Original prints rum-and-coffee at 20% Alc/Vol; Ohio lots print 21.5%; other-market 16% pages exist — say the market, Official Baileys Original is Irish whiskey, cream, chocolate and vanilla at 17% Alc/Vol. Both sit under A 1.5-ounce pour at 20% is half a drink; at 17% about 0.43.
