- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup and 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup and 2 tbsp bourbon
- Spray oil
Cut the meat into 1-inch cubes and place it into a bowl or zip-top bag. Combine soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ½ cup bourbon, ¼ cup honey, and Worcestershire sauce, and marinate the meat for at least 4 hours.
Get your cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat and spray with little oil. Drain the marinade and cook the steak in the hot skillet for 5-7 minutes. Pour 2 tsp honey and 2 tsp bourbon into the meat while continuously cooking until it caramelized and darkened.

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 lb sirloin or flank steak
- 1 medium-size yellow onion
- Sea salt or kosher
- Ground pepper
Mix bourbon, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl, then pour it into a large zip-top bag with the onion and steak. Seal the bag, then marinate the meat for 2 hours. Drain and season the meat with salt and pepper, then sear each side for 4-6 minutes. Serve with cooked onion on the side.
