During the distillation process, the brand uses copper-lined pot stills with volcanic water that gives utmost smoothness to each batch.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Jaja Blanco tequila
- 0.75 oz Pink Peppercorn Grenadine
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- Thin slice of Habanero
- Dash of bitters
- Soda Water
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients except the soda in a cocktail shaker and shake it well. Get a coupe glass, strain the mixture, and top it off with soda water.

Blackberry Sage Tequila Smash

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Jaja Reposado tequila
- 1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 3 large blackberries
- 8 sage leaves
- 2 cubes of cane sugar
Instructions:
Muddle sugar, sage, and blackberry in a cocktail shaker before adding crushed ice, Jaja tequila, and grapefruit juice. Shake it well and pour it into your choice of glass with sage on top.

Blood Orange Spritzer

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Jaja Reposado
- 2 oz Blood Orange Puree
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- Setzer water
- Orange slices or lime wedge
Instructions:
Pour the liquid ingredients except for seltzer water, then mix well in a mixer. Pour it over ice. Fill it with seltzer and finish it off with a small lime wedge or orange.
