“Toasted barrel” is cooperage language, not a TTB class. Bourbon still has to enter new charred oak under A toast is a heat treatment some houses add before or after the legal char, or in a finishing cask. That does not change the drink math. A 1.5-ounce pour is one NIAAA drink at 40% and 1.25 at 50%. We will not invent a 2026 ranking or an MSRP.
