Refrigeration is not a TTB class. Official Hpnotiq footer prints 17% Alc/Vol. A Heaven Hill / Wingard fact sheet in circulation says the liqueur is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration after opening, that PDF is secondary to the live brand page, which omitted storage. Cream liqueurs are a different bottle. A 1.5-ounce pour at 17% is about 0.43 of one drink.
