Brown-Forman’s US product-info sheet prints Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey at 35% Alc. by Vol. (70 proof) as a whiskey specialty. Jim Beam Honey is honey liqueur plus Jim Beam bourbon on the official page — no ABV printed there. A 1.5-ounce pour at 35% is 0.88 NIAAA drinks.
