Kahlúa taste is not a TTB class. The US official Original page prints rum-and-coffee liqueur at 20% Alc/Vol, with 21.5% available only in Ohio. Other-market pages have discussed 16% Liqueurs sit under Coffee talk is bar English. A 1.5-ounce pour at 20% is half of one NIAAA drink.
