There is no official best non-alcoholic IPA. Under 0.5% ABV cannot be labeled beer, lager, ale, porter, or stout. “Non-alcoholic” needs the adjacent less-than-0.5% line (7.65). IPA is trade English, not a TTB class. Official NA-IPA brand ABVs and calories unused. Do not invent a table.
