  • 0.5oz Absinthe
  • Lemon peel

Instructions: Rinse your old-fashioned glass using absinthe. Discard the excess and set aside the glass.

Combine water, bitters, and sugar syrup in your mixing glass, then add rye, bourbon, and cognac, fill it with ice, and stir.

Strain the mix in your prepared glass. Squeeze the lemon peel on top and use the peel as garnish.
