Bourbon is a US TTB type: at least 51% corn, new charred oak. Canadian whisky is the FDR class and is not the 51% corn rule. Maker’s Mark prints Proof 90. No ranking.

Blanton’s Original is 93-proof Mash Bill #2 single barrel official. E.H. Taylor Small Batch is 100-proof Mash Bill #1 straight bourbon official — 100 ≠ BiB. Allocated. No street.

Single barrel is not a TTB class. One cask is bottled at its own proof. Bourbon still needs 27 CFR 5.143. Bonded is the 100-proof class.

Unflavored bourbon has 0 g sugar (USDA). Straight bourbon cannot add flavoring (TTB). Honey SKUs and soda mixers are where the sugar is.
