Class Notes: In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, we're prepping for March 17th by celebrating (of course!). Ditch your plans to guzzle pints of green-colored beer and imbibe with us instead. We're using Irish spirits to commemorate the holiday in a way you won't forget (or regret... ahem, without a cheap hangover). Come shake, stir and mix four drinks in two-hours. Green clothing: optional. Fun: guaranteed.
Run Of Show: Intro, first cocktail instruction, social break/light music (10-15min), food buffet served, second cocktail instruction, social break/light music (15min), third cocktail instruction, social break/light music (15 min), final cocktail instruction, outro, social break/light music.
Cocktail Menu: Four full cocktails with ties back to Ireland.. Irish Coffee, Ginger Irish Highball, Tipperary and Smoked Irish Sour.
Food Menu - Corn-beef and Cabage Sliders + Charcuterie and cheese pairings with bread, pita, and cracker boards. Assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and olives, assorted sides will also be served.
