Club soda is 0%. Official open-month counts are unused. Club soda is carbonated water with mineral salts, not a 27 CFR spirit or malt class. Unopened cans keep fizz until the printed date on the package you own. Opened bottles go flat; that is palate talk, not a TTB class. Do not invent 2–3 day or 6–9 month numbers. Tonic water is a different bitter mixer, still 0% unless the bottle is hard tonic.

Read the printed date. Flat soda still adds zero drinks. Pour math: drink math.
