Instructions: To make a homemade mango puree, combine diced mango, lemon, vanilla extract, water, and sweetener. Using your sharp knife, dice your ripe mango. Put your diced mango in a blender or food processor.

Add sweetener, water, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until you achieve the desired consistency of your homemade mango puree.
