The Ultimate White Gummy Bear Shot Recipe
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
- Gummy bears (for garnish)
- 1/2 oz. Lemon-lime soda (can use Sprite or 7-Up)
- 1/2 oz. Sweet and sour mix
- 1 oz. Peach schnapps
- 1 oz. Raspberry vodka
- Ice cubes
First, rim the glasses. Pour any simple syrup onto a flat plate and granulated sugar onto another. Invert each shot glass, one at a time, into the simple syrup, followed by the sanding sugar, until both are coated.
Using separate picks, pierce the white gummy bears. Then, set the picks and glasses aside.
Now make the popular sweet shot. Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Pour in the raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, sweet and sour mix, and lemon-lime soda to chill the liquids. Stir and mix the drink using your mixing spoon.
Then, cover the cocktail shaker and shake it for about 20 seconds. After that, strain the final mix into your shot glasses (or martini glass).
Cut the gummy bears halfway through from the bottom with kitchen scissors. Place the white gummy bears on the sugar rim of each shot glass as a garnish.
Bar Tip: You can taste it and adjust it with any additional ingredients to your liking. Also, you can use colored gummy bears for a fun look.
