Lab notes
The 2024 catalog row had no nose/palate/finish bullets — biography, not a tasting brief. In this lab, corn vodka at 40% should read clean, faintly sweet, and neutral enough for soda-lime. We will not invent banana or vanilla the brand did not print. “Pot still / six times distilled” is house process talk and does not change the proof.
