There is no official best Captain Morgan recipe. Official Captain Morgan Original Spiced: 35% Alc/Vol — rum with vanilla, spice, and other natural flavors. That is not the 40% rum type. 100-proof Spiced is a separate SKU. Cola, pineapple, and ginger ale are 0%. A 1.5-ounce 35% pour is 0.88 NIAAA drinks.
