Updated March 2026
There is no official best semi-sweet red. Semi-sweet is residual-sugar talk, not a TTB class. Table wine sits under 27 CFR Part 4. Typical US table lots sit near 12% Fortified wine is a different bottle. A 5-ounce 12% pour is one NIAAA drink whether the wine tastes dry or sweet. No 2026 crown.
