Toasted-barrel is a cooperage/finish story, not a TTB class. Bourbon still needs new charred oak under 27 CFR 5.143. Proof is on the neck.
No official best potato vodka. 27 CFR 5.142 allows any suitable material. Tito’s is corn. Typical 40% FLAG.
100-proof whiskey is 50% ABV. A 1.5 oz pour is 1.25 standard drinks. Bottled-in-bond must be 100 proof; not every 100-proof bottle is bonded.
