In a saucepan over low-medium heat, combine milk, half and half, and nutmeg. Stir gently, then add chocolate and stir until melted.

Remove from heat, turn off the stove, pour in Fireball, and stir.

Transfer the mixture into mugs and top with marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
